Employee benefits consultancy Lorica Consulting has appointed David Dolding as head of consulting.

Dolding joined Lorica in 2007 from AEGON and has more than 20 years experience in the risk and health market. 

He said the appointment marked a "fantastic opportunity" at a time when Lorica is developing and expanding its range of services into flexible benefits and online services.

"As a well established and respected consulting team we have the depth of knowledge to properly support our clients in the move to flex benefits and the ongoing assistance required to ensure their success in delivering measurable returns," he said.

Lorica's consulting team provide health, wellbeing and risk advice to more than 100 large corporate clients.
