JLT Benefit Solutions Ltd has announced the appointment of Lorraine Harper as a regional director leading the Trustee Governance Services Group.

Harper is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and joins from Aon Hewitt where she established and led the pension's management consultancy team. Prior to that she was with KPMG for 15 years.
