Bupa has appointed Evelyn Bourke as its new chief financial officer.
Bourke joins from Friends Life where she was chief commercial officer and latterly CEO of its Heritage division.
Previously she was the executive director responsible for strategy, capital and risk and before that, chief financial officer of Friends Provident. She is a qualified actuary.
